Forest Short Retreat
The Forest Short Retreat is an immersive nature experience that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation. Seniors can enjoy the tranquillity of the outdoors, surrounded by the healing benefits of natural landscapes. This retreat encourages reflection, mindfulness, and stress reduction, helping participants unwind and gain a renewed sense of peace and mental clarity. Nature-based therapy has been shown to improve mood, reduce stress, and increase feelings of connection, making this retreat a key aspect of our senior wellness programs.
Hospice Service
Our Hospice Service provides end-of-life care with compassion and dignity, focusing on seniors’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. KAMRISE’s hospice team offers a supportive environment where families can feel confident that their loved ones receive the best care possible during their final stages. We aim to provide comfort, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life through personalized care plans. Our team ensures families are supported through this challenging time, guiding them with empathy and respect.
Funeral Service
KAMRISE also provides Funeral Services that offer families a dignified and thoughtful approach to honouring the lives of their loved ones. We understand the emotional weight of planning a funeral, so our dedicated team is here to assist every step of the way. From funeral arrangements to grief support, our services are designed to ease the burden on families, providing them with the space to grieve while we handle the details with respect and care.
Physical Exercise
Physical health serves as a fundamental pillar of our senior wellness programs. Our Physical Exercise program is specifically designed for seniors, enabling them to maintain their mobility, strength, and vitality. Engaging in regular physical activity—whether through gentle exercises, walking groups, or stretching routines—can significantly enhance overall well-being, improve flexibility, lower the risk of chronic diseases, and boost energy levels. Gardening/traditional Cooking
The Gardening and Traditional Cooking programs offer seniors the opportunity to reconnect with nature and their cultural heritage. Gardening provides a therapeutic environment where seniors can cultivate plants, learn about sustainable gardening practices, and enjoy the peace of nurturing life. Our traditional cooking classes invite seniors to explore cultural dishes and share recipes, fostering a sense of belonging and creativity. Both programs offer physical engagement and enhance emotional well-being by encouraging creativity, social interaction, and lifelong learning.
